 BIRT that the Fall General Assembly be held on the earliest working daybetween Friday October 2, 2015, to Thursday October 8, 2015, from 2-5pm at alocation to be booked in the downtown campus.

BIFRT Council appoints a GA committee to provide options for the otherthree GAs for 2015-2016.

BIFRT The following councilors are appointed to the GA committee –Stephi, Keroles, & Aria."



It should say BIFRT Council appoints a GA committee to provide options for the other three GAs for 2015-2016 by next monthly council."

Do note the concern raised about the vote for 5.1 VacantAdvocacy Manager Position: Minute taker'sconcern -- Upon review of the minutes and the GSA bylaws, Article11.9 seems to conflict with the recorded vote:“Council may leave thepositions of Manager Advocacy and/or Manager Services unfilled for a period ofno longer than 60 days. This provision is renewable and requires the unanimousconsent of all Directors for each extension.” Motion CO-20150829-05             BIRT the Advocacy Manager hiring besuspended.
