[GSA Council] Councillors absent without regrets

Hello Councillors--

A director asked me to compile the absences without regrets reported in the
GSA Council Minutes. These are as follows for June and July's meetings:

Absent July: Narinder Singh Lota (ENCS), Dollar Kumar Bansal (ENCS), Carine
Ouedraogo (A&S), Amandeep Narula (ENCS)

Absent June: Narinder Singh Lota (ENCS), Dollar Kumar Bansal (ENCS), Stephi
Stavropoulos
(A&S), Ashley Michel (JMSB)

*2 unaccounted absences (according to the June and July minutes): Narinder
Singh Lota (ENCS) & Dollar Kumar Bansal (ENCS)*

This information should be considered with the GSA BYLAWS Article XVII –
Call for Resignation under point 2: A director may be dismissed by the
council in the event of two (2) unaccounted absences from council meetings.

Please note this is only for council discussion (perhaps under other
business) as a motion is required to appear on the agenda (Article XVII- 4)
and must receive a 2/3 majority vote (Article XVII- 5) to take effect.
