[GSA Council] Last chance for quorum for early August meeting

Hello Councillors--

We have not achieved quorum on the doodle for the early August Council
meeting (http://doodle.com/ng8s4r7xbygftp8e). At this time, we are still
one director short of 10.

Today is the last day to call the meeting for 2pm on Tuesday August 18th.
If you have yet to declare your availability for this meeting let me know
as soon as possible.
