[GSA Council] Bursary motion & draft minutes - April 20

Hi all !!
            It is unfortunate that there are a lot of interpretation to
"that" motion. And I apologize for the time wasted.  However, I would like
to clarify that the motion is intended to reduce bursaries received after
april 2015 bursary is provided as the work for April 2015 has already took
its nature. So, I would propose the following amendment to the motion:

Amendment

BIRT the bursary provided to the executives of GSA shall be reduced from
$1100 per month to $900 (taking effect from may 2015)  per month after
bursary for April 2015 is provided to all the executives.
