[GSA Council] Bursary motion & draft minutes - April 20

Hello councilors ,

I want to clarify that we did not have the bursary for April , we received
the March bursary after the March council meeting, we are paid after we
work the month not before  ! and at that time the bursary was 1100 dollars
,
Now, for April council have decided to change it at the end of the month
and they told us it is only applicable for work that will be done after the
last council meeting which means for Mai bursary ,
Could you please clarify it during the next special meeting so Liz will
issue the cheques for the month of April.
