[GSA Council] Exec/staff reports due April 14 and Motions due April 16

Hi Gretchen !!
                     Sorry for the delayed response. The council motion
"CO-20150324-06: BIRT Exec/staff reports shall henceforth be submitted via
gsaconcordia at lists.resist.ca a minimum of 48 hours before council motions
are due so that motions can address items in reports" has the following
amendment made the same day which was approved by the council:

*Amendment*: BIRT Exec/staff reports shall henceforth be submitted to the
chair/meeting facilitator a minimum of 48 hours before council motions are
due and the chair should send the reports a minimum of 24 hours before
motions are due.

Please update. Reports were due on 14th April noon to you and due on 15th
April noon to the council.
