[GSA Council] Academic and Advocacy Report

Hey all,

Please excuse the marginal lateness of this report. I was in Quebec City
this past weekend and was busy with meetings yesterday. In the interest of
providing a more detailed assessment of the goings-on of the university, I
elected to comprehensively work through my meeting notes spanning the past
