[GSA Council] VOTE is carried - Opening Call for Elections Judicial Committee

hello Councillors--

ballots have been cast by all councilors (only 2 abstaining and the rest
for) on the following motion (see below).

The call for applications can now be posted for 24-hours and I will
facilitate a online vote on any nominees that present themselves.
