[GSA Council] Exec/staff reports due April 14 and Motions due April 16

Hello Staff, Executive, and Councillors:

As per council motion CO-20150324-06: BIRT Exec/staff reports shall
henceforth be submitted via gsaconcordia at lists.resist.ca a minimum of 48
hours before council motions are due so that motions can address items in
reports.

Executive/Staff reports must be submitted by *April 14 at noon* directly to
the council list.

Motions are due by noon on April 16 and the packet will be posted shortly
thereafter.

Note - the next meeting of council will take place in H-769 from 6-9pm on
Monday April 20, 2015.
