[GSA Council] VOTE - all Councillors must vote on the following motion

Hello Councillors--

All Councillors must vote on this motion:
*BIRT Leili Astaneh be appointed to the Elections Judicial Committee.*

Please reply with your vote* for, against, or abstain* directly to the
Chair as soon as possible.

Council is bound by the elections regulations (link
<http://gsaconcordia.ca/governance/regulations/election-regulations/>) to
appoint a pool of Council members to the Elections Judicial Committee.
According to Motion CO-20150216-10 Isabelle, Jonathan, Eftakhairul,
Sindhura and the President are currently in the pool for the Elections
Judicial Committee. The Committee in policy requires 5 reps from the pool
to make quorum and Jon cannot count for quorum as the current CRO.

All Councillors must vote in order for any motion conducted over email to
be valid.
