[GSA Council] Call for nominations - Elections Judicial Committee (due by 11pm Wed)

Hello Councillors --

The previous motion has passed (all in favour with three abstaining).

The *call for nominations* is now open for the *Elections Judicial
Committee* (see the elections regulations, link
<http://gsaconcordia.ca/governance/regulations/election-regulations/>).
Please email your nomination to the Chair *before 11:00pm on Wednesday
(April 8)*.

A vote will be conducted at that time on a motion to appoint the nominees.
All Councillors must vote in order for any motion conducted over email to
be valid. According to Motion CO-20150216-10 Isabelle, Jonathan,
Eftakhairul, Sindhura and the President are currently in the pool for the
Elections Judicial Committee. The Committee in policy requires 5 reps from
the pool to make quorum and Jon cannot count for quorum as the current CRO.
