[GSA Council] Reminder: URGENT - Council vote required

Hello Councillors--

All Councillors must vote on this motion.

Council is bound by the elections regulations (link
<http://gsaconcordia.ca/governance/regulations/election-regulations/>) to
appoint a pool of Council members to the Elections Judicial Committee.
Currently there are not enough reps to achieve quorum for the committee,
which is five members. We need open a call for nominees and call a vote so
the Elections Judicial Committee can get to work.

Please vote on the motion below, reply with your vote for, against, or
abstain directly to the Chair as soon as possible.

The following motion for your vote is moved by Mathilde and seconded by
Isabelle:




*BIRT Council call for nominations of at least one Councillor who is not a
candidate in election to be appointed to the Elections Judicial
Committee;BIFRT the Council Chair will conduct this call for nominations
and appointment over the GSA Council email list as soon as possible.*

All Councillors are advised to consult the Conflict of Interest policy (link
<https://www.dropbox.com/l/j7Dd0VnIIqPaEW8XKlu2It>) when voting.
