[GSA Council] Revised: Urgent - council vote for appointing Elections Judicial Committee

Hello--

There is not mistake in the actual motion. See the text in bold that starts
as BIRT this is the motion to be voted on. Please vote and I will confirm
according to the mins and with the current EJC how many spots are vacant in
the pool.
