Hello Councillors--

The survey currently indicates the date is between Wed and Thurs 5-8pm, so
pls provide your availability so we can call the meeting. We also need 7 of
13 sitting councilors present to have quorum in Nov.

Also find the draft minutes attached from the Oct 22 meeting.
