[GSA Council] CCR

I think we should resolve many of those issues very soon (preferably before the next senate, October 31st)Also I think we should go through the motions that the GA didn't go through and discuss them in council.
I would like to call for a special council meeting before the next senate.

The senate composition according to what I read yesterday, has 4 GSA seats (http://www.concordia.ca/about/administration-governance/board-senate/senate/list.html.
 the bylaws, as far as I remember, state that VP academic is automatically in senate (ArticleIX, 5,1). and the three others are elected.
I think Marilu is the third, I am not sure.
I would prefer to know what is expected from me and what I am accountable for to the council so that I can make sure I properly do my job and to avoid any future mess.

It used to be that a VP would be a senator...oh wait is that a joke? If not, now that we elect senators that wold no longer apply.

I think the new senators are all Directors? Korosh Keroles and who is the 3rd?

Firas, did bring up a fairly good point - we have no procedures that specifically govern these relationships and how to resolve conflict should issues over missed meetings or lack of reporting arrive. It is sort of a hodgepodge of council resolutions and personal responsibility standards imposed by the most current group. We should lay some groundwork to start building these frameworks.

Houda would have to send an e-mail to Danielle Tessier with the new senator's names and e-mail addresses. They may require other information such as program of study and a phone number, but I am not sure.
