[GSA Council] From Firas - Document for your consideration

Hi,
I have two points on this
1) I think his point of view should be included in the minutes. In principle I think it is common and good practice that minutes include arguments of who said what in all issues (this is what is happening in all university committees I am on so not reinventing the wheel). but given that a simple accountability measure of properly recording votes was shot down, I suspect that a more transparent accountability motion of including motifs and arguments in the minutes has any chance of passing this council.

2) I think his pdf misuses the term point of information quite often and I would like to be amended to properly categorize his points into "facts- points of information, proceedings of council, and arguments.
