As some of you know I have had a medical emergency last week that forced me to stay at the hospital for about a week, a period which unfortunately included the deadline for motions.

I hope you can accept my apologies for missing the deadline and delay due to the scrambling of catching up. I hope you could discuss those few council business items attached here.
