[GSA Council] Additional Items for Final Council Packet (Oct 9 meeting)

Hi folks,

This is a monumental amount of paper, our photocopier predates google and
possibly e-mail unless you count ARPANET and will likely explode if I try
to make this many copies.

I will print out the agenda, but please as Gretchen advises read these
documents (there are a lot of cool things in there and great ideas) and if
you are the type of person who likes things in front of you, bring a laptop
or smartphone.
