[GSA Council] Proposed Facebook guidelines

Hi everyone!

Please find attached the Facebook guidelines approved by the Communications
Committee (by a 3-1 vote). These guidelines are intended to support the
moderators in keeping the Facebook group civil and welcoming for all
members.

Council will be asked to approve these guidelines under new business in
today's meeting.
