[GSA Council] Notice for Council Meeting (Tues, Nov 18)

Hello Councilors--

Our next meeting will take place from *2:00 PM -5:00 PM on Tuesday,
November 18th.*

Our agenda includes the following tabled items:

1. Budget Committee
2. Regarding Mobilization Motion Tabled at the GA
3. Voting on Open Committees
4. Bylaw Change: Ballot Elections
5. Plenary: Changing Bylaw 19.6 to lower Quorum at GA
6. Bylaw Change: Election Reforms
7. Quebec Engineering Competition for GSA Members
8. Senate Reporting Policy & Senate Caucus
9. GSA & CCR Database
10. Commissioning a Report on GSA Membership

Plus we will likely have updates from the GA Committee. If you have any
additional motions or updates, please forward them to me for the Council
Packet before Friday.

FYI-The SCPA basement has been requested for this meeting (unfortunately
conf rooms require 10 business days notice to book), but for now the
location is *To Be Confirmed*.
