Hello
I
agree with your suggestions about transportation (GSA bus). Sometimes the
shuttle buses are too crowded and the student especially grad student have to
spent their times in the shuttle bus lines. I think the shuttle bus schedule
and its conditions are significant issues for students who study or live around
the loyola campus.

Thanks

Shadi

I believe I brought this up at the Council meeting. I think it's a great idea. Since the regular shuttle leaves from the Hall building, our bus could pick up all our engineering students at the EV building and bring them straight there and back afterward.

This would probably fall under the duties of the Services Manager, Liz.

I think a bus could go a long way toward encouraging our SGW members to make the trip out to NDG, although I have no idea what this would cost. I asked my boyfriend, who teaches high school, and he said it would probably cost about 200 per bus. If there is consensus on this I can get a list of bus companies that the school uses.

I don't know how expensive/attainable that is. but it is something that I think the GA committee should consider and discuss. I am not pushing for a bus or no bus.
