[GSA Council] Loyola GA

I believe I brought this up at the Council meeting. I think it's a great
idea. Since the regular shuttle leaves from the Hall building, our bus
could pick up all our engineering students at the EV building and bring
them straight there and back afterward.

This would probably fall under the duties of the Services Manager, Liz.
