[GSA Council] Doodle for 2nd Nov Council meeting and Council Contract

Hello Councilors --

I have created a doodle for our second Nov council meeting:

Please note you are required in bylaw to arrive 30mins before council to be
considered for an honorarium. The times on the doodle reflect the start and
end time of council, and do not include the 30mins you are required to be
there before.

FYI--We have to meet to approve the GA agenda as well as the GSA budget and
we will get to all of new business and other business that was tabled
tonight. Please find the docs from today's meeting attached.

I have also attached the councilor contract for everyone.
