[GSA Council] Quebec engineering competition for Gsa members

Greetings,
I have been approach by Electrical and Computer Engineering Association, VP
competitions (Undergrad level) regards to Quebec engineering competition,
This time in QEC the authorities are allowing graduate students to
participate, but the competition is only open to a team of two students for
a research presentation competition slot.
Unfortunately, after talking to ECSGA executives I got a sense that they
are least interested in this project, hence forth I am thinking to pursue
this task, also there is some fees associated with it, which I believe
could be funded through GSA's funding policy.
The ECE vp competition is going to lead the concordia universities
contingent and she need names of two students from masters/PHD level before
november 20th..
This issue leads us to few questions:
1. As GSA should we involve in it ?? (In my view yes, since we have 9
directors representing ENCS faculty)
2. Which mechanism are we going to use to filter out 2 students out of a
big chunk ?
3. Do we have the needful resources to do so ?

I am attaching the rules and regulations documents also the structure of
competition for Research presentation.

An immediate response from the ENCS directors would be really appreciated.
