[GSA Council] Two thirds majority

Hey Keroles--

I stand by the vote of Oct 9th as it was recorded in the minutes. It was
adopted by two-thirds.

Also, no other Councillors have suggested last night's vote on 6.1 was
unclear. Not at the meeting, nor since.

Hello Councillors--

Nothing has changed about the way abstention votes are treated. If you find
abstention votes or vote tallying is unclear, please let me know so we can
make space to talk about this at January Council.
