This is a friendly reminder that we will meet in the GSA House tomorrow
(Thursday) from 6-9pm. This will be our last council meeting of 2014. FYI -
Rohit is organizing refreshments for this meeting.

Hello Councillors--

Please find your FINAL packet and additional documents attached for
our *Thursday,
Dec 18th, Council meeting from 6-9pm* in the GSA House.

The packet now includes Executive reports, update from the Finance Manager,
and 3 additional motions tabled from our Nov. meeting that I originally
missed when reviewing the minutes.

Please also refer to the previous version of the packet emailed on Friday,
which included a few additional documents (CCR update and Senate tweets)
not reattached here due to size limitations.

*Reminders: If you are unable to attend this Council meeting, you must send
regrets to Aurup at <coordinator at gsaconcordia.ca
<coordinator at gsaconcordia.ca>>. *

*And if you are considering stepping down from council, this requires a
"written notice of resignation" (see Article XVI – Resignations). *

*Otherwise, see you Thursday by 5:30pm to sign-in for the council meeting
and therefore qualify for an honorarium (see Article 5.17).*
