[GSA Council] TIME CHANGE - Thursday, Dec. 18, from 6:00pm-9:00pm

Hello Councillors--

Do to the number of regrets and new info since the doodle, I am adjusting
the time called for our Dec council meeting. We are certain to have quorum
if we meet from *6-9pm on Thursday, Dec. 18*. See you then.

I will request the room booking for then.
