[FreeGeek] Bike Movie Night - June 17 - volunteers needed

Hi folks,

FreeGeek is getting half of the proceeds from this year's Bike Movie Night on 
Thursday June 17th at the Van East Cinema (the Vancouver Area Cycling 
Coalition gets the other half). 

Last year BMN sold out Pacific Cinematheque which seats 250. The VanEast seats 
650. If we can sell out the whole theatre FreeGeek will make about $2,500 
from the door.

To that end we need:

1) people to sell tickets. The tickets are $10/piece. I will be carrying some 
at all times. Please let me know if you can take some to sell.

2) people to poster and hand out handbills. We also need someone to make 
these!

3) volunteers to help with Bike parking on the night. Most people show up by 
bike and we plan to have a massive bike parking area. It will need to be 
guarded in half hour shifts;

4) volunteers to help with taking/selling tix at the door at the event;

5) volunteers to help at a FG info table on the night.
