[FreeGeek] Movie: Manufactured Landscapes

HI folks,

I thought I'd post a note about the film "Manufactured 
Landscapes" which I believe people here will appreciate.
It's playing until Thursday at the Hollywood Theatre.

Basically, it treats the theme of waste of various kinds,
ewaste, oil, industrial, extraction, etc and puts it 
in the context of manufacturing. What really comes across 
is the immense scale of the problem. That was a real 
eye opener. And that is just a taste of what's to come
with the further urbanization of China. Very unsettling.
