In short, the City of Vancouver is spending $7 Million Dollars to
replace old computers with computers that can run Windows Vista with
computers going to something called Computers2Go running out of RayCam.

Can anyone shed more light on who Computers2Go are, and how they got
this very lucrative deal with the CoV?
