Hi!  I just wanted to introduce my electronic self in person.  I'm Shawn, and 
like Matteo wrote below, my official title is volunteer program coordinator, 
although I also do lots of outreach, hiring/grievance/staff review stuff, and 
generally try to listen and keep up with goings-on around this joint.  I'm 
also inspired by what you guys are doing, and the comraderie, thoughtfulness, 
and rationally opinionated means by which you're doing it.
