How about Greater Vancouver instead? Much bigger area, lots more old computers
to get. After all, we don't have to go and get them - they bring em to us. 
The provincial
government is going to set up collection centres for discarded electronics, 
anyway,
probably through Encorp, who run many can and bottle recycling depots. We could
perhaps in the future, have them forward the old computers to FG.
