ok, some general currents are starting to shape up. just to get a
sense, as we plug along...can i now ask the members of this mailing
list:

if we were to decide to become free geek vancouver with full
organizational status (including using the free geek name), would
anyone at this point feel that they would not be able to continue
their involvement in this project?

please note: i send this with the firm belief that it is in everyoneʻs
best interests to cultivate as many participants, & as much diversity
of opinion as possible. losing people means a loss to the whole. i
intend with this email for us to take a reading, not put pressure on
those who may have reservations about such a move. this is an
important decision.

to wit:

1. if you have expressed reservations in the past, please consider
giving the listserv an update on your feelings.

2. if you have not yet expressed an opinion on the matter, please
consider doing so. even if you havenʻt decided how you might get
involved, your input is welcome.

3. if you have new objections/concerns, feel free.
