[FreeGeek] Changes to the configuration of this list

Great idea! Basically I feel that access should be as open as possible
in order to be inviting and non-intimidating. This mailing list is the
nascent freegeek and the degree of openness in our process will largely
determine the openness of the eventual organisation.
