[FreeGeek] Changes to the configuration of this list

Hi folks,

I've been informed that FreeGeek Portland allows public access to their list 
archives. I had originally configured this list to require a list 
subscription to view the archives but I have just changed that. The new list 
introduction message (sent to new members) reads (in part):

Please send an introductory message telling us about your interest in 
FreeGeek, your relevant experience, and how much time you can commit per 
week.

This list archive is PUBLIC and will be indexed by Google (and others).
