[SMRT.risingtide] workshop

So I was supposed to work on an intro and a definition of environmental
justice..but when I started writing it..it just sounded really dumb and
like the sierra club or something.. So I wrote an outline for an entire
workshop instead..rough and just ideas..ideally should have lots of
interactive stuff etc
Things in red are things that need lots more info etc
rory and harold are already in there...put your name down if you want to do
something
