[Crsd] 'Next Meeting Committee' ?

Hi Compa (not sure who you are, if you could let us know):

I think there are a couple ways you can, per the structure we have:

1) you can join an open committee, once we have one
2) if you're in a different org, your org can ask to be admitted to CRSD
(which we would love!)
