Hi all,
I won't be able to attend the meeting. Today is the walkout against education budget cuts.
Update: I did check in about use of the performance annex and we can either bump one or two of the "family" movies they have scheduled or it's $100 dollars an hour to do a showing in their theatre.
See ya next time,
Valerie

Hi Everyone,
Regarding Culture Clash – I was actually waiting to hear
back on the last email I sent but it seems as though everyone is still set for Saturday.
How many people were interested in staying for the play on Saturday? I need to
get back to Phil and haven’t because I didn’t know what to say. I
will call him later to reserve the seats but let me know if this is ok:
- Date: March 6th at 2PM
- Amount of tickets to reserve : 15 students - ___
Adults
- And like my previous email stated Phil was unable to get a talk
with the actors afterwards for this showing :( But it might still be worth it…

Subject: [Fight Gentrification!] proposed meeting this thursday 3:30,
IRC classroom
hey everyone. we took a couple weeks off but i think we need
to get back to the table. I propose 3:30 on thursday (march 4th) at the IRC
classroom. Lina or Deqa can we confirm that space?? I look forward to seeing
you all. Culture shock is coming up on Saturday and we need to start working on
the conference (summit??) thing. we said that we would ask around and do
research and come to the next meeting with date proposals (around september),
themes, speakers, workshop ideas and so much more. Can people also research and
talk to others about Right to the City, to see if that is something we want to
move forward with. okay go.
