[Careforsailor] First Meeting and Update for Sailor's place

If my place is do-able for people (quick recap: stairs, no bars in
bathroom, cat, some scented products around, but all cleaning with baking
soda and vinegar, unscented soap in bathroom, unscented laundry detergent,
no air fresheners/scented candles, etc) - the address is 2949 Kitchener
St., it's the laneway house in back (only one on the block, and entering
through the alley is easier). It's half a block east of Renfrew, a few
blocks north of 1st, accessible via the 16 or walking/biking from various
points in East Van if that's something people do.

Anyone else with thoughts on using this space? Also, dietary restriction
info would be grand so I can make some snacks.
