[Careforsailor] First Meeting and Update for Sailor's place

So I looked at everyone's availability, then realized that the meeting time
that works for everyone would be THIS Sunday. I know I actually made the
doodle, but I was definitely not thinking and this Sunday doesn't work for
me. I'm babysitting overnight and will be wiped, plus my partner's thesis
defense is the next day and I want to be around to provide support there.
Is this a regular Sunday availability for people, though?
How about Sunday the 21st at 2pm? Does that work for people?
As for location, I'm happy to host and provide snacks and tea (nice way to
meet, get to know each other, AND cover all the other stuff, I think), but
my place has a flight of stairs and there are some scented products around,
although we could definitely not use anything scented 24 hours before and
put all scented things under the sink. We also have a cat. We keep the
place pretty clean, so minimal dust and the like. I know that meeting at
someone's house whom you don't know can be uncomfortable for some, too.
I do have internet/a laptop that skypes, so Anna can skype in, which I
think would be great. I can also bring my laptop to another location with
wifi if need be.
Does that sounds like an option that might be appealing? If so, any
further requests for accessibility info etc.? If not we can totally figure
something else out, I'm sure. For example, I could also look into reserving
a study room at the downtown SFU library which would be wheelchair
accessible, but not necessarily scent reduced. Any other ideas?
Also, fyi I'm not going to be able to make it to Sailor's until next
weekend. I've been going at least once a week, but this is a particularly
busy stretch so it'll be two weeks between visits.
