i just typed up the list of food sailor can and cannot eat.. Here is a link

things i have made with sailor :

   - baked yams/potatoes
   - roasted chicken drum sticks with rice and vegetable
   - ground beef with spices on top of corn tortillas
   - vegetable stirfry with rice

ideas for future:

   - bone broth from pork/beef/chicken bone
   - beef stew and rice
   - congee with various meats and vegetables
