Join us for this important meeting as we look to the past to strategize for
the future.  TransLink's nine years was a textbook case in neoliberalism and
the privatization of public services.   At this meeting we come together to:

---  share our knowledge and experience to try to better understand the
political forces driving this privatization
---  analyze the impact on our lives, our families and our communities
---  review the recent changes in governance and planning for transit in
Metro Vancouver
--- assess the prospect for grassroots community resistance to this
privatization process

Open to all. Coffee, tea and snacks. Children welcome.
