Hello!

At our general meeting on Saturday we planned a number of activities for our
Ride with Dignity Campaign. If you couldn't make it to the meeting, please
join us at one of these events:

Saturday March 10th
POSTERING: 10-noon
Go out with a team to put up our new glossy campaign posters. Meet at the
Organizing Centre for Social and Economic Justice (672 East Broadway). More
postering days will be set throughout the month - please give us a call if
you're interested.

LEAFLETING AND SURVEYS: 11-2pm
Go out with a team to handout leaflets and collect surveys. Meet at the
Organizing Centre to go to Main Street Skytrain Station.

PHOTO PROJECT MEETING: 3pm
Meet to plan the photoproject at the Organizing Centre. We want to develop
an educational photo-display to take around to different community centres,
colleges, and places that bus riders gather. Please call ahead to let us
know you're coming.

Saturday March 24th
LEAFLETING AND SURVEYS: 11-2pm
Go out with a team to handout leaflets and collect surveys. Meet at the
Organizing Centre, destination to be decided.

Saturday, April 7th
NEXT MONTHLY MEETING: 11am-1pm
- Continue planning for a big public meeting and picket on the Province's
inaction on global warming and constant push for privatization of public
transit for April 14th.
- Strategize around the rapid changes happening at TransLink
- Prepare to mobilize for the April Translink meeting where they will be
voting whether to buy more buses in 2007
