*Getting to the TransLink Meeting*



Meet at Broadway Station (Broadway and Commercial) at *8:00 AM* to go
downtown to the TransLink meeting as a group



*OR* Meet us at *8:30 AM* on the Art Gallery side of Robson and Howe (at the
stairs descending to UBC Robson Square) for a short rally before we go into
the meeting



*OR* Come directly to the TransLink meeting at UBC Robson Square (Robson and
Howe) at *9:00 AM*

*The Bus Riders Union will provide bus tickets for those who need them**.*

*Speak out and Action*



Support dozens of bus riders and representatives of community groups who
will be speaking out against the fare increase and join the BRU in exposing
and opposing this unacceptable attack on social justice in our region.



*Rally Against the Fare Increase*



At *6 PM* we will be holding a *rally against the fare increase at Main
Street Station*.  This is a chance to celebrate and talk about continuing
the struggle for dignity and justice for bus riders if we manage to stop the
fare increase, or to begin a powerful summer campaign against the fare
increase if TransLink goes ahead with one.  Join us in the fight for social
and environmental justice!
