over.  They are being replaced by an appointed board which will continue to
represent the Vancouver Board of Trade, the Airport Authority and other big
business interests.  Join us as we say:*

BUS RIDERS UNION FIGHTS ON FOR DIGNITY AND JUSTICE!

Wednesday, December 12 will be the last meeting of the Translink board.  To
mark the occasion, the Bus Riders Union will be presenting the Board with
awards for its 7 year history of privatization, high fares, overcrowding,
and transit racism and sexism; including the *Robin Hood in Reverse Award *and
the *Award for Outstanding Achievement in Privatization of Public Transit*.
Join us as we expose and oppose the privatization agenda of TransLink
boards, new and old:
