 Building the Struggle 
for a Just and Lasting Peace
An evening of discussion about the international 
anti-imperialist movement against war and plunder.
This Friday June 2nd, 7pm!!

Wars of conquest and aggression are currently being waged by the US and their allies in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and Haiti.  The Canadian government recently voted to increase our military budget, while at home public services such as health care, education and transit are under attack.  What's going on, and how can we stop the racist attacks at home and abroad?   

Join organizers from the Bus Riders Union (a local member of the International League of People's Struggles) and Ning Alcuitas from the International League of People to talk about the anti-imperialist anti-war movement and the role of local organizations in building the struggle against war and plunder.   Learn more about the upcoming international anti-war conference being hosted by the ILPS in June 2006 in Vancouver.
