Bus Riders Union 
June 21st 2006
            Dear members, to welcome you as a member in the Bus Riders Union, a social justice organization fighting for more buses and lower fares in the lower mainland, we invite you to an orientation this Sunday June 25th, 2006. The orientation will be a good chance  to familiarize yourself with the orgnization: ask questions, see where the office is located, meet other members, and get a fair essence of our working nature. This is also a good opportunity for us to get to know our new members and to find out more about what you think about public transit and how it affects you and or your families and communities. Here too, we wish to deepen our understanding of why public services are being cut, why it is a social justice issue and how we can struggle together to acheive a public service that will fulfill the need of transit dependent people. 
   
 We look forward to seeing you again at the orientation this Sunday June 25, 2006 from 2pm to 4pm.
