Check out the annual BRU Sidewalk Sale for cool stuff, great deals, and
fight for social justice!

Every year the BRU hosts a massive Sidewalk Sale to support our campaigns to
expand public services, end transit racism, and support public health and
environmental justice.

Following BRU tradition, this year we will donate 50% to the People's Front
in Defense of the Land, a grassroots organization in Mexico that in 2004
prevented the construction of an international airport on their
collectively-owned land. In May 2006 these same communities of Texcoco and
Atenco were attacked by the Mexican police force and over 200 people were
taken prisoners and treated brutally, and one 14 year-old youth was killed.
Join BRU organizers in supporting this organization as they fight to protect
their land, health and livelihood.
