Rally for a people's agenda at City hall, November 9th, City Hall, 1pm.

The Vancouver Bus Riders Union is organizing a rally in anticipation of
the Civic Elections. This gathering will bring together a diverse
selection of community groups with the common goal of applying pressure on
local and provincial governments to serve the needs of people first.

This rally date is just a week before the November 16 Civic Elections, and
it will draw attention to people's struggles in Vancouver. We call on all
candidates to support women, children, workers, people of colour,
students, seniors, immigrants and refugees as we fight for respect and a
better life.

We invite everyone who understands the importance of grassroots organizing
and action to attend this rally, sending a clear message to politicians
far and wide that we will not back down until all our community demands
are met.

To get involved, or for more information, please contact the Bus Riders
Union at 604-215-2775.
