antimilitaristes et anti-guerre d'Ottawa et Québec. Ci dessous vous

Le 9 et 10 Avril 2008 Ottawa serra, encore une fois, la ville hôte de
CANSEC, la plus grosse foire aux armes du Canada.  CANSEC est un
rassemblement annuel de profiteurs de guerre et d'armées privées. Cette
année les conférenciers invités incluent de fameux personnages tels que
Stockwell Day (ministre de la 'Sécurité Publique') Gene Renuart (un
commandant de NORAD), Peter Mackay (ministre de la Défense Nationale) et
William Cohen (ex secrétaire de la défense USA).

Cette année le Bloc-AMP Ottawa organise deux journées d'actions pour
confronter la foire aux armes!

Le 9 Avril il y aura deux marches organisées par AMP Ottawa et NOWAR-PAIX.
La première sera à midi et la seconde vers 17H00. (Nous demandons que la
marche du 9 Avril demeure pacifique).

Le 10 Avril  il y aura une marche organisée par le Bloc-AMP Ottawa. Cette
marche débutera à 11H00 am et aura encouragera l'Action Directe et la
diversité de tactiques.

Le Bloc AMP de Montréal supporte ces jours d'actions et est intéressé à
mobiliser des gens de la région de Montréal pour aller rejoindre la
résistance d'Ottawa.

Venez rejoindre la résistance anti-militariste de Québec!

L'AMP Montréal encourage les gens intéressés à se joindre à nous à Québec
pour supporter les manifs de commémoration du 90ieme de la résistance à la
guerre impérialiste.

Vendredi 28 Mars : convergence dans les rues pour souligner le 90ieme
anniversaire des émeutes qui ont éclatées en opposition à la conscription au
Canada. Pendant ces cinq jours d'émeutes les gens ont confrontés les
policiers et militaires durant de violentes batailles du rue. L'armée a mis
fin aux émeutes en attaquant la foule, faisant 5 morts et 35 blessés.

Nos allié(e)s de Québec ont lancé(e)s l'appel pour une manifestation massive
pour commémorer ces évènements.

Aujourd'hui, 90 ans plus tard, le Canada est en guerre encore une fois et
les raisons sont semblables : une guerre impérialiste au nom de la liberté
et la démocratie. Aujourd'hui, comme il y a 90 ans, les gens ne sont pas
fous. Il n'y a peut-être pas de conscription, mais c'est en notre nom, et
avec notre argent que cette guerre est faite et malgré la campagne massive
de propagande la majorité des Québécois(es) s'opposent toujours à la guerre.

Le Bloc AMP de Montréal est intéressé à mobiliser les gens de la région de
Montréal à participer à cette manif le 28 Mars à Québec. Nous espérons
pouvoir organiser le transport de Montréal à Québec pour tous ceux qui
veulent se joindre à nous dans les rues de Québec. Si vous avez une voiture
et aimeriez conduire des gens, savons s'il vous plaît.

Quebec City on March 28, on the 90th anniversary of the conscription riots;

Oppose CANSEC!

On April 9th-10th, Ottawa is hosting CANSEC, Canada's largest weapons fair.
The event is an annual gathering of war profiteers and private mercernary
armies. This year the keynote speakers will include such tyrants as
Stockwell Day (Canada's "Public Safety" Minister), Gene Renuart (a Commander
of NORAD), and William Cohen (a former United States Secretary of Defense).
People's Global Action (PGA) Ottawa is calling for two days of action to
confront these war profiteers.

On April 9th, there will be a gathering for food, speeches, and festive
evening march through downtown Ottawa. We will show our opposition to the
military occupations of Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, and here on Turtle
Island.

On April 10th, PGA Ottawa is encouraging a militant demonstration with the
intention of targeting CANSEC and to "shut down the war machine". The march
will begin in the late morning and converge at the Congress Centre where
CANSEC is being held.

PGA-Bloc Montreal fully supports these demonstrations and is interested in
mobilizing folks in Montreal to join to resistance in Ottawa. Any interested
individuals are encouraged to get in touch so we may begin to arrange
transportation to the demonstration on April 10th.

No Peace in Afghanistan, No Peace in Ottawa!

Join the Anti-Militarist Resistance in Quebec City!

PGA bloc Montreal is encouraging all those interested to join us in Quebec
City to support the demonstrations that commerate 90 years of resistance to
imperialist war. Friday, March 28th there will be a convergence in the
streets to mark the 90th anniversary of a massive riot in opposition to
conscription in Canada. During the five days of riots in Quebec City,
protestors confronted military and police in a violent battle. The riots
ended when the army charged the crowd, leaving 5 protestors dead and 35
injured.

Activists in Quebec City are calling for a demonstration of commemorate
these anti-conscription riots and to express their opposition to the war in
Afghanistan.

"Today, 90 years later, Canada is once again at war. The reasons are no
different, it is once again an imperialist war waged in the name of
democracy and freedom. But, then as now, people are not fooled. There may be
no conscription, but it is in our name, and with our money, that Canada is
at war. Despite the incessant propaganda, a majority of Quebec's population

PGA bloc Montreal is interested in mobilizing folks in Montreal to attend
the demonstrations on March 28th in Quebec City. We are hoping to arrange
transportation from Montreal to Quebec City for everyone opposed to
militarism and occupation who wish to join us in the streets. If you have a
